I would like to copy the names of sub-folders and the files in those sub-folders. Can I somehow expand all folders in a tree?

To make getting file path easier, you can switch into Flat View mode. Hot keys for that:
Ctrl+B - Show all enclosed files.
Alt+B - Show all enclosed subfolders.
Ctrl+Shift+B - Show all enclosed files (for the current subfolder or selected).
Alt+Shift+B - Show all enclosed subfolders and files.

Select none, one or several files and click Ctrl+Shift+C. In the popup dialog check "Path" and click "Copy to the clipboard".
