Licence key problem

Hello !
..I purchased a regular licence for 1 user in September 2021 , Installed the program and all was running Ok
Recently had to reset my PC then reinstalled all my apps included oMega Commander ..but now the licence key wont work
Order Number is 163062065
Is that normal or have I missed something to do ?
