Is there the same feature of Xyplorer's "Auto-optimize tree"?

Xyplorer have "Auto-optimize tree" feature.
It automatically collapse non-current nodes in tree.

Is a feature similar possible in oMega Commander?

That's a good idea. We will consider adding something like that in a future version.
